Well there’s always something to worry about if you care to, but I am doing alright. Figured I hadn’t posted an update since last Friday and I I’ve got to keep my reading audience up to speed on things. I sent an email to the clinical trials coordinator asking if she had any word from the bed czar. Unfortunately her response made me less than enthusiastic, “…they’ll call you Sunday evening or Monday.”
WHAT?!!
Not at all what I was expecting to hear. For someone who doesn’t like to simply “go with the flow” but likes well executed dates and times this just doesn’t set well. Phooey!
But what can you do? Get up early and go for a ride. Yup had a nice ride the last two mornings. Temperature and humidity have been really mild in comparison to what we normally get this time of year. It’s certainly far better than what we had at home the last few weeks.
So, like normal we don’t know what we don’t know and all we can do is patiently wait in our holding pattern.
Peace,
Mike

It is hard for me to wait patiently for anything — so I understand your frustration. Thanks for your updates and keep them coming. Your ride looks fun!

Unbelievable Mike. You did exactly what I do when I am frustrated – Go for a bike ride! If you are like me the length of my ride will be based on my frustration level.(At this pace I expect to hear that you will doing a century by Friday;)

Hi Bro,
Great hearing from you! So glad you’re able to make the most of your vacation. As for the ‘no room at the inn’ situation, we’ll get back to that. I have a few questions: A) just how many wheels are on that bike in the picture? It looks like a rickshaw. Are you ridding the little old ladies around OBX for a nickel? B) Is that a pirate flag on said rickshaw? and C) You look great!!!
LOVE YOU!!!

A) 3 wheels it’s called a tadpole trike – think adult big wheel
B) Yes it is my “custom embroidered” pirate flag.
C) Thanks!

Guess you’ll just have to go with the flow…
I clean when I’m frustrated. Clearly, my house can attest that I’m not frustrated nearly often enough.
